Biography of Karim Massimov
Karim Kazhimkanovich Massimov was born in 1965 in Zelinograd, Kazakh SSR.
He began his career in the 1990s as the chairman of several major banks, including Almaty Trade and Financial Bank, Turan Bank, and People's Savings Bank of Kazakhstan. He holds a doctorate in economics.
Early Life and Education
Massimov's father, Kazhimkan Kassymovich Massimov, was a director at a brick factory and later worked for the Ministry of Supplies of the Kazakh SSR.
